Space To Move contracted to lead initial project planning sprint to lay the groundwork for good working relationships, clear procedures for sorting out questions, and clarifying expectations among the newly formed team as we tackled the work of the larger project phase ahead.

    Activity of the sprint:
Assess the work to be done over the Fall, Winter and Spring terms of the academic year 2018-2019, assess the skills and availability of the people on the team, the spaces in the office, and make a plan for how the team will work together. Utilize the ongoing flow of routine work, mindfully, as examples and case studies to drive fast learning and inform our team communication plan.

    Deliverables:
    Communication plan
    Workflow tools
Road map for the department’s projects through Spring term 2019.
